The project was completed in March 2024 in Chantily, VA. Woodwork and installation made by Alex Birch. Countertops and backsplash by our partners at Tyson's Granite. This light grey kitchen which replaced an outdated oak cabinets features a farmhouse style sink, a wine rack above the fridge, built in speed oven and microwave.
Also as a part of remodeling we made a vent going through the ceiling to the outside and replaced several square feet of rotted subfloor under the sink area. The kitchen features a large island with large drawers on one side and closed door cabinets on another.
The top of the kitchen cabinets is decorated with crown molding that was installed with precision and no gaps at all at connection points which requires accurate cuts on painted surfaces.
Project like that is considered mid grade and priced around $20-25K including cabinets, countertops and appliances. Of course price can change depending on what options the client chooses.
